As a company we wish to do and be the best that we can for you, our customers.

Therefore below you will find our Company Policies.

  • Our delivery time is up to 28 days from your order date. Please be aware that we are a UK based company and some delivery times may have to be extended due to larger distances required.
  • We have no problem with exchanging products if:

There is a fault with the product, or it is damaged. Please be aware that all products are checked before departure.

The size you have ordered is incorrect for you. We are well aware that our products are european sizes which means they come a little smaller than you would expect.(please see size chart).

  • Most important: in the case of all exchanges we must be in receipt of your product before we will send a replacement. We will contact you by e-mail to keep you informed of our actions and to keep you up to date with your replacement product.
